Charles received his Bachelor of Laws and Juris Doctor degrees from the JD/LLB program at the Universities of Windsor and Detroit in 2009. While in law school, Charles was a member of the Moot Court Board of Advocates and was an editor on the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues. Prior to law school, Charles received a degree in Political Studies from the University of Manitoba and worked for two years on Parliament Hill.

Charles completed his articles with Fireman Steinmetz and was called to the Bar in the Province of Ontario in 2010. Charles is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and The Advocates’ Society.

Outside of the office, Charles is an avid follower of Baseball and Politics and enjoys spending time with his family.
