James earned his law degree from Queen’s University after receiving a degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

James was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2005. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. James’ practice is dedicated to serious personal injury cases. He has appeared as counsel on trials and motions before the Ontario Court of Appeal and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

James has authored several papers on current legal issues, which have appeared in various legal publications and has been a guest speaker for conferences held by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
