C. Wolfe was admitted to The Law Society of Upper Canada in 1990. He graduated
from the University of British Columbia in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree,
and the University of Ottawa in 1988 with a Bachelor of Law Degree. Mr.
Wolfe is a member of the Advocates Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the
Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. From
1990 to 2000, Mr. Wolfe represented insurance companies as a defense lawyer. His
past experience is exclusively in personal injury and civil litigation, with approximately
two-thirds of his trials being conducted before juries. He has appeared at all
levels of court in Ontario and the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. In
addition to representing injured clients, Mr. Wolfe has extensive experience in
dealing with bad faith, disability and product liability claims. Mr. Wolfe is
also available for counsel work. Bill lives in Toronto
with his wife and two young boys. When he is not working, he enjoys skiing, hockey,
and praying that the Toronto Maple Leafs will win the Stanley Cup at some point
in his lifetime. |
