Ms. Shlomovitz received a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy, where she developed her knowledge in assessing how individuals’ physical condition, mental health and social environment affect their ability to carry out daily living activities. She then completed her Juris Doctor degree at the University of Western Ontario, where she was active in campus initiatives and competed in numerous moot competitions. Ms. Shlomovitz articled at Fireman Steinmetz Daya LLP and went on to work at another prominent Toronto personal injury law firm. She returned to Fireman Steinmetz Daya LLP in 2016.
Ms. Shlomovitz was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2013. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, Divisional Court and other administrative tribunals. Ms. Shlomovitz is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and Young Women in Law.
During her free time, Ms. Shlomovitz takes improv and Spanish lessons. She enjoys being active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
