James K. Fireman
Mr. Fireman’s practice is dedicated to serious personal injury cases. He has appeared as counsel on trials and motions before the Ontario Court of Appeal and Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
After receiving a degree in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Mr. Fireman earned his law degree from Queen’s University.
He was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2005. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association.
Mr. Fireman has authored several papers on current legal issues, which have appeared in various legal publications, and he has been a guest speaker at conferences discussing significant legal developments.
Mr. Fireman is actively involved in his community, helping fundraise and support local charities and community organizations. He is a passionate baseball fan and student of American politics.
