Jasmine graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas in December 2001 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She completed the Canadian Securities Course in 2004.

Jasmine graduated from Queen’s University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Laws. While at Queen’s, Jasmine was the recipient of the Reuben Wells Leonard prize in Business Law and an active volunteer within the Queen’s Law community. During the summer of 2003, Jasmine completed an International and Comparative Law Program through Tulane University that was hosted by McGill University. After completion of the Bar Admissions Course and exams, Jasmine commenced her articles in 2005 under Jack Fireman and was admitted to the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2006. Jasmine graduated from Osgoode Hall in 2009 with a Master of Laws. In 2013, Jasmine received a Certificate from Harvard Law School for successful completion of the Negotiation course for lawyers and executives.

Jasmine is Managing Partner for the firm. She also heads the Accident Benefit department and is on the Summer and Articling Student hiring committee for the firm.

Jasmine volunteers as Duty Counsel (civil litigation) at the Toronto courthouse for Pro Bono Law Ontario. She also guest lectures for the Insurance Law course at Queen’s University and was invited to mentor a grade 11 law class at the Bishop Strachan School. She has also served as a mentor for the Toronto Lawyers Association. Jasmine has enjoyed being a speaker at conferences held by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, on Career Day at the Bishop Strachan School and at various events held by the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. Jasmine is also an active volunteer at Upper Canada College.

She has published articles titled “The Initial Client Interview”, “The MVAC Fund – The Procedure for Successful Recovery” and “The Top 5 Accident Benefit Cases”. She was interviewed in The Litigator magazine’s 25 year anniversary edition as one of 25 lawyers featured.

Jasmine is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, The Advocates’ Society, The Medico-Legal Society of Toronto and the Toronto Lawyers Association.

Outside the office, Jasmine enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, experimenting in the kitchen and monitoring Toronto real estate trends.
